I'm not sure where you live or if you have the financial means but I would recommend Cedars Sinai Pain Management Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Laura Audell is currently treating me for RSD in my left leg and she is great! She has about an 80% success rate doing nerve blocks in people. A nerve block is where they inject contrast into the nerve. It could take as little as 3 up to 12 sessions before complete success. She explained it to me like this: numbing the nerve and when the contrast wears off your system reboots. It like rebooting your system. She has treated RSD for 21 years and she is very smart and very sweet!
