Christine,
I find that my RSD limb produces twice as much sweat as my non-RSD limb. I never noticed it until this summer. Sweating is one of those things controlled my the Sympathetic Nervous system.

Christine,
You are right about your brother, he has no concept of what hell you are going through, he only sees money. Even if you do get a good settlement, you have to plan for the future and try to make this money last. He doesn't think about your pain and suffering, that will not end when you get this settlement. He doesn't think about the problems you will have getting medical care because of these problems. He doesn't think about what it has cost you in your life. I would rather be poor and healthy than rich and suffering like I am.

Christine,
I don't sweat a whole lot but I do notice the RSD limb sweats easier and more than my other limb. I also wear a splint brace to help support my wrist and air it out over the central air vent. My RSD limb sweats in the sunlight, warm weather or when the heat goes on in the house and car. Not a lot but enough to annoy me. I guess it comes with the territory...

Hi,
I too sweat severely. It could be 30 degrees out, but I break out sweating excessively; especially in the night. I acutally wake up and have to change my night clothes, because they are so wet.
