RLS, Lower Back Pain, IBS

I find that lying in bed on a flat, frozen bag, gel pack used to keep lunch boxes cool, placed under the lower back just below the belt line helps to releave my symptoms, until I can fall asleep. It will thaw in about 30 minutes. The cold isn’t intense and my symptoms ease in a few minutes.
The only draw back is as they melt they sometimes rupture so I try to find the ones with the clear gel instead of the blue.
