Restless Legs Syndrome

I have suffered with my legs jerking at night for years. Although I have experienced leg jerking at times other than bedtime, the most aggravating time is at night.
I have experienced RLS creepy, crawly symptoms, but I believe this is different because of the jerking. My legs tend to jerk right before I fall asleep and jolt me back into awareness.
