Rheumatoid Arthritis

i have been on enbrel and methotrexate cocktail for 6 months now with varying results. On the whole its fantastic but i find i still get attacks of pain and swelling which i end up resorting to steroids to control. my specialist insists this is all as it should be but i am not convinced....... case in point as i am sitting up at 3.00 a.m suffering from pain and numbness in my right hand. Does anyone think i should insist on moving to another drug, the results have been so amazing on enbrel i am scared to try another in case its not as effective! but a high flying specialist i saw recently said i should expect 100% effectiveness - does anyone have 100% results form their drug cocktail? Any advice would be great!
