Foot Pain

Post a new topicby Guest on Wed May 22, 2002 10:21 pm

For the past two weeks, my foot has been sore, and has been progressively getting worse. Sometimes it hurts, and sometime when i'm walking the pain simply disappears, so i don't know what to do about it. My foot is not swollen, and i have no idea if it's something that i should go to the doctor for, or if i just might have strained a foot muscle of some sort. IF anyone can help me, i would appreciate it. The pain is around the
inferior extensor retinaculum and tibialis anterior tendon area. Thanks.

Since the pain is getting worse, you should see a doctor for this condition. It may just be a strained tendon but the cause of the problem should also be addressed so it does not reoccur. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
