Re: Hip PainWhen one leg is shorter than the other, this causes stress on all of your joints because the body is tilted. Therefore, you should see a podiatrist and talk to the podiatrist about orthotics. Orthotics are custom made inserts and one can be made a little higher than the other to compensate for the shorter leg. This should give you a lot of improvement; especially when you run.
