Inner Groin/Thigh StrainI'm recovering from a crucia ligament operation which i had in february 07. My physio advised starting up running again as long as i did not go mad would be a great way to rebuild my knee and stamina. All was going well untill a month ago when I started getting pain in my inner thigh/groin area, it seems to roll from the top of groin around the top of my thigh thats the best way i can describe it. I have rested from running, taken anti inflamitories and used deep heat and supports but it just does not seem to want to heel and the pain is to much to run with. It is quite frustrating because my running was going so well, and i was warming up and warming down so i can't understand how it occurred. Has anyone had same problem and do they have any tips tp combat it.
