Jogging

Post a new topicby Guest on Sun Jun 03, 2001 12:12 pm

I just started jogging on treadmill a few months ago. After a few weeks I developed a pain on top of my right foot about two inches up from my toes. It is now painful to walk especially after resting a long period. I belive my right foot is not hitting correctly when I jog. How should feet hit when jogging can I do to get rid of pain I have now prevent it from happening again?
