my second toe is longer than my first toe any run over one half hours there is pain in the nail and it gets black and most of the time i loose it.what can i do to stop the pain and the lost of nail

You could buy a larger sneaker and then have a pad put in the tongue of the sneaker. This will prevent your toe from hitting the front of your shoe and also keep your foot tight within the shoe. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
