I'm not a runner, rar a soccer player, I have had great difficulty finding inmation on to so a toenail is falling off. My big toe stepped on many times in a span of 2-3 weeks developed a blood blister caused pressure under nail. I clipped side of nail to relieve pressure drain blister. After several weeks my toenail has loosened it is 60% loose from nailbed. can I do to protect nailbed, keep toe free from infection? ( keep playing soccer) Thank r insight.
