No TitleMy 15 year old daughter is in her second year of running hurdles in track.Since season began, she has been complaining of pain on tops of her feet. We have been to a physician he told us she has high arches to get her arch supports. (y also x-rayed stress fractures--none.) After purchasing arch supports at a drug store, she continued to complain of pain. Two days ago, we went to a specialized shoe store where y took a print of her feet built arch supports her. She ran in a meet last night felt pretty good. A little pain, not much. Today, practice following meet, she is complaining again of alot of pain. She has been faithful in icing taking ibuprofen-- as a pnt no track or running background, I would appreciate any advice. Does she need to give se new arches some time?
Thank
