Hi, I am running just over 2 years, about 1 a half months ago I figured I had a heel spur. pain mainly on inner side of my right foot. So I stopped running a week n I started again. While I running it still hurting i tried to ignore it. About 2 weeks, i had to quit because after my run i limping. Now, pain is on inner side of my right heel. When i try to jump on affected foot, it doesn't give me as much bounce as or foot(left one). makes my running slower. Sometimes i feel also my ankle might be cause. Please, can tell me how to get rid of pain?? Thank .

There are many different conditions that could be causing you this pain. You may want to read the heel pain and anatomy sections of podiatrychannel.com to get a better idea of your problem. However, in order to be properly diagnosed, you need to see a podiatrist for a thorough examination. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
