Hi! I have a problem my foot 6 months now. my doctor diagnosed sesamoiditis last several months I've tried different treatments, such as taping my toe, padding oral anti-inflammatory drugs, I still have a swelling under ball of foot (at attachment of tendon to bone). However I don't feel any pain, except r cases when I'm stretching my foot too intensively, or press heavily on ball of foot at same time flex my toe. Do think it may be sesamoiditis? else could it be similar simptoms? Does sesamoiditis always go along substantial pain? (I felt pain probably only during first week.) Anor thing is I haven't exercised my foot enough several months, so now I have a feeling my tendon in arch of foot is under-stretched. Can also be part of problem? Can any stretching strengning exercises help recovery process if y do not cause pain? Does steroid injection usually help sides affects? how often does chronic sesamoiditis occur, possible way of treatment of one re possible complications of it? Thank very much r assistance.
