running injuriesi was writing to tell you that everytime i go for a run where there isn't a flat surface one of my joints in like my ankle or knee starts to hurt!!! when i run on a tredmill i'm fine but when i run on the road i have pains going through my joints!!! and i was wondering if you have anything that could help me!! thanks
Re: running injuriesRunning on uneven surfaces causes many joints to become slightly misaligned. This will lead to the pain you are having and it is quite common. The best surface to run on is a track or a dirt path. Treadmills can hurt also if you run too much on them so be careful.
