unbendable and crunchy

Post a new topicby Guest on Sun Jun 03, 2001 12:12 pm

At about 12 miles my right foot refused to bend when I tried to lift it to run. I had to walk strangely 3 miles back to my car. evening next two days my foot had an unusual crunchy velcro ripping feel to it about 1 inch up from all toes when I would try to eir point foot out or pull it up. I told it toxin build-up in leg muscle to massage it out take calcium. is my first injury, being ever so new to running. is r opinion on foot problem, how can I help it heal quickly, how can I avoid it in future. Thanks, RJ
