sesamoid bone fractureI am suffering for the past one year and nine months due to fracture of sesamoid bones in the right foot below the big toe. Continuous rest for more than a month and taking of some pain killer tables, in addition to the steroid injection made in the pain area could not reduce the pain. I have also feared to take surgery though it has been advised by the specialists, as it would affect my regular walk in due course. I do not know how to solve my foot pain without undergoing any surgery.
