Sesamoiditis/Sesamoid Fractures

I am suffering for the past one year and nine months due to fracture of sesamoid bones in the right foot below the big toe. Continuous rest for more than a month and taking of some pain killer tables, in addition to the steroid injection made in the pain area could not reduce the pain. I have also feared to take surgery though it has been advised by the specialists, as it would affect my regular walk in due course. I do not know how to solve my foot pain without undergoing any surgery.
