Sesamoiditis/Sesamoid Fractures

I have fractured the right lateral sesamoid bone. I am unsure exactly how this occured I believe it happened over a period of time in a Spin cycle class and also wearing extremely high boots. I wore a modified boot for three months and it did not heal. I had a bone scan which proved that it was in fact the sasamoid bones that were causing pain.
