Sesamoiditis/Sesamoid Fractures

I have been walking on what was determined to be fractured-nonhealing sesamoids in both my left & right for over 10 years. Improperly fitted shoes were a contributing factor at the time; hiking boots. Yesterday it was the sneaker’s turn to take the blame.
