i use to do athletics until i was diagnosed with sesamoiditis i’ve been for two MRI scans. tried physio which didn’t help. have been given orthotics which just ease the pain slightly. my consultant has now given me 3 options which are more physio, cortisone injections or surgery. this has been on going for about 4 years now and i’m only 17 and a keen athlete!...Read the full article
