Sesamoiditis/Sesamoid Fractures

In 2007 I had fractured my big right toe in three places and my sesmoid bone was deteriorating; I wore a cast so long I thought I would loose my mind (several over a three month radius). Ok so I eventually had the surgery and physcial therapy, able to walk, run, jog and wear the shoes I was unable to wear before, sandals included, just plain flats and as time went on I was able to again wear high-heels.
