Sesamoiditis/Sesamoid Fractures

I had a Sesamoidectomy 6 months ago. I am basically living in sneakers, still having sharp pain where the bone was broken and where the incision was made. I need to purchase New Sneakers b/c I've worn out my current ones. I have been researching the "top rated/recommended" running sneakers, but I am hoping that this will be read, & that recommendations of brands/model numbers will be offered.
