Sesamoiditis/Sesamoid Fractures

I am a coder for a Podiatrist and I am trying to figure out the correct way to bill for a sesamoidectomy. If my physician removes both the medial and the lateral sesamoids on the same foot, do we bill a sesamoidectomy for each sesamoid removed or does the code include both the medial and lateral sesamoids?
