Cramping in the foot, particularly the toes

Post a new topicby Guest on Sat Feb 23, 2002 6:50 pm

My foot while at rest will cramp and the toes seperate, this last for a few minutes and then the cramping is gone and the toe goes back to a normal postion .
Is this a deficiency of vitamins?
What would cause this?

A vitamin dficiency is low on the probability list. You may have a muscle weakness or a foot type that causes strain on your toes. Therefore you should see a podiatrist to be diagnosed properly. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
