pain

I was told back in 1981 that I needed to have a sesamoid removed from my big toe because it was causing a callous which made me unable to put weight on that toe. Well, that was the beginning of a 20 year nightmare of pain and difficulty walking. I have had 2 neuromas removed from that sight, had my plantar fascia sliced and 2 tarsal tunnel releases because the 1st doctor didn't do the release correctly. I have had constant physical therapy steroid shots, nerve blocks, accupuncture, phenol to destroy some painful nerves, ice, heat, masage, orthotics chiropractic-I couldn't possibly begin to tell you the extraordinary amount of things I've tried and the money I've spent. I live in Canton, GA-30 miles outside of Atlanta. Could you PLEASE recommend someone that might help me? Also, since I know nobody knows quite what to do- I've seen about 5 podiatrists, 4 orthopedists and been to 3 pain clinics-do you know if there is a machine somewhere, like a treadmill, that could "take infrared pictures" of my feet as I walk so that maybe the machine could figure out what I am doing wrong when I take each step-I actually have more pain in my shin and knee and back than I have in my foot now and I know it is because of the way I walk. I have been filmed by a couple of people and they could not figure out what I was doing wrong-it is very subtle,I guess, but it is killing me and has made my entire adult life miserable. I am 45. Thank you for any help you might offer.
