Sesamoiditis/Sesamoid Fractures

Hi! I've been suffering from a sesamoid fracture for a lot of months now. Today I read all the e-mails archived on this page/site. On 18 June 2001 a mother (or a father) of a 16 year old girl (a dancer) reported on a succesful sesamoid removal. She (or he) says that the orthopedic surgeon was great and, moreover, frequently operates ballet dancers.

It would be very, very helpful to me to know who exactly did the operation because I'm extremely terrified to get a bad doctor and then to suffer all kind of secondary effects after a operation... I would be willing to travel to the USA if I only could get rid of my pain.

Is there any possibility to get in touch with the author of the above e-mail(the name on the margin of the e-mail is "bimejoki" but it doesn't indicate any e-mail-address). The e-mail was an answer to an e-mail from "taribrandt" of 15 June 2001.

Could you maybe forward my e-mail to the author? She or he might have stopped using your homepage and might not read my question!
