Similar Pain

Post a new topicby Guest on Sun Aug 11, 2002 9:18 pm

When I read about sesmoiditis, it sounds like the pain I have. However I am fairly certain that the doctor removed at least one (maybe both)these bones when he removed my bunion about 10 years ago. What might be the cause of my pain?

You should see a podiatrist and probably have an x-ray taken to see if what bones you have left. If it is not sesamoiditis, it may be arthritis of the big toe joint. You have many treatment options but you need to be accurately diagnosed first. Have a nice day.
