Hi, im a 21/m, i have this small to medium bump on my chest, kinda looks like a pimple but its not, a little bigger then a pimple. Its been there for a couple years, thought i burned myself at first, but im not sure. Its not really hard, i can push it and its pretty soft. My fiance is worried it could be cancer. Is this a concern, or could it be something else. Thanks in advance for any help.

It is possible there is a basal cell skin cancer. This is one of those situations where you need a dermatologis to look at it and possible biopsy it. If it is a basal cell, there are easily treated and cured, not worrisome.
