Patient is 79, male Bald, has alot of freckles on his head About 4 days ago he noticed a red patch of skin about 1 inch in circle, inside red skin 2 pimples size circles black black only. I have been visitng web sites to get inmation. We going to his dermatologist Thank fully next Wedneday.

Because of the sudden onset, it is very unlikely skin cancer. To me it sounds like the crusts (scabs) of pimples, which indeed look black in some instances. Waiting until Wednesday will not change things. Don't worry.
