Itching On Arm

Post a new topicby Guest on Mon Nov 05, 2001 12:42 pm

I have a area on top of my arm just above where I wear my watch that itches. This itch occurs periodically and is of a deep burning piercing itch. It goes away after 5-10 minutes. This re-occurs now and then which I remember starting back as long as 3-4 months ago. It has gotten to the point that I scratch it enough where it leaves scabs from the scratching so much. I have used a corisone ointment cream that did nothing to help. Again this doesn't last long but concerned that it re-occurs often enough to wonder if I should have it checked. The area does not look any different until I start scratching it.
