Lump on Neck
I have a lump on my neck. It is not a swollen lymphnoid. It is right below my chin. It seems like an in-grown pimple. It is red, hard, doesn't move it is not painful. I have had it two weeks.

It sounds like an ingrown hair or deep pimple. I'd give it another few weeks to see if it settles down.
