My son, aged 4, has developed two small lumps on the right side of his neck about an blow his ear and another one on the other side. They are halfway down his neck and kind more towards the back of his neck. They move when touched and currently he is taking anti-biotics prescribed by the doctor and awaiting x-rays results.

I am extremely concerned about the above and would like to seek your advice on the matter.
