Smoking

Last night I made a “Pinky Promise” to my child that I would quit smoking, and they promised in return not to ever start. Only problem is I haven’t kept up to my end of the bargin (yet). I’ve been a smoker for far too long but the need to quit is genuine for I am also recovering from a past (TBI).
