Foot and Leg pain

I do not know what I have. I woke up with severe bilateral arch pain 4 years ago, after a broken toe, and a lot of stress. My foot pain was so excruciating, and instead of narcotics they gave me an anti depressant.
I developed severe serotonin syndrome, and then severe withdrawl, as I was taken off without a taper. The dizzyness and vision loss never went away.
