Tarsal Tunnel problem

I first found out i had flat and TT [tarsal tunnel] when i was in the Army back in the 80s. Nothing was done about it then so i just sufferred with it. Then in 1999 i injured my ankle and i finally had surgery for it. Well i thought every thing was fine until a few years later and it was back. So i had another surgery and it just didn’t get so a year later had it done again and i am currently recovering from it now. I guess if you have flat feet it will always be a problem.

I have high arches and have been diagnosed with TT, it seems it affects anyone who may have had an injury to their feet or because of flat feet....it doesn't seem like surgery is the way to go from what I have read...also my podiatrist said he doesn't recommend the surgery...it sounds as if people like us are screwed.....
