a few things...

Hi,
I thought I would just pass on a couple of things while I am gettin caught up on posts. I have been wearing these sandals called chacos for some time now and find them very helpful. They are recommended by the American Podiatry Assoc: http://chacousa.com/

And, although I have not tried this avenue yet, and maybe some of you have, I found some stuff on youtube about specific massage for tarsal tunnel:

Cheers,

I tried new shoes, new balance, nike and orthotics...i also had 3 lumbar epidurals which helped the pain go away totally but only for 1 month or 2. My doc says if you have tried all these conservative measures and it has been 6 mons or more, u need srugery!!!
