bilateral tarsal tunnel syndrome

Post a new topicby onepugluvr on Thu May 15, 2008 4:24 pm

I recently gave birth to my son and was diagnosed with bilateral tarsal tunnel syndrome I have had this condition for a little over 2 months

I have received 3 steroid injections in my right foot and 2 in my left. I am on anti-inflammatories and cymbalta.. My podiatrist is talking surgery & I am concerned

I have been so depressed not able to care for myself or my son.. I can't stand not being able to feel the soles of my feet and toes, and it is difficult to walk.. I have to have help caring for my son

I would like to know what peoples experience has been with surgery, recovery time and how long before they could feel their feet again and how to stay positive

desperate in Orlando
