Has anyone tried and had success with cortisone shots? I have read articles suggesting the shots. I am not sure of the shots as my son is a football coach and lectures me everytime I mention the shots. I am just tired of my feet hurting all the time but at the same time, I am discouraged by the articles that I read on the surgery and am pretty sure I am not going that route. I do take Lyrica for the pain and it has really helped ease the pain but it never goes away. Some days the pain is worse than others and I never know why.

I have had 3 shots in my right foot and 2 in my left, I have seen virtually no improvement. this is just my experience. I will be looking at surgery next
