has any one had a cortisone shot in the tunnel area it worries me because of all the nerves in that area.did it work for you or not

please i need some feed back

My daughter (16) had the cortisone shot in both feet 3 weeks ago. I don't think it worked that much. She had 50% relief for 2 weeks or so. She is an athlete and had a hard practice last night and she came home and had to ice her foot as usual.

did she have it in the tunnel area in the toes or the bottom of the foot and how painful was it
