I'm 42 yrs old and for most of my working years I was a Lifeguard and a swimm instructor. Was diagnosed with chronic plantar faciatis( by now should know how to spell it ) 3 yrs + ago. The shoes and orthotic I chose helped somewhat then another pair was chosen then another, the pain left my feet went tomy hips for about 3 months now it has settled into my middle back causing pain while sitting standing lying down being alive. Been on major pain relievers for two years. Been to physical therapy done the ice thing, the stretcing thing, oh yeah the night splint thing. Some what relieved the discomfort in my feet nothing to the back pain. Had one positive exp. with a Dr.: he taped my feet so the big toes were aligned properly>Pain free during that time. Since that time I've been searching for someone who also has back pain that began with feet pains Anyone out there? anyone have any answers?
