Growths near heel

Post a new topicby Guest on Sat Aug 11, 2001 9:47 am

I have developed a growth on the inside of my heel beginning 6 months ago. It has grown from the size of a BB to about the size of cherry pit. In the last few day a second growth has begun to form on the opposite side of the heel. I feel no pain and have been running regularly throughout the summer. Slight pain with decompession. I am confused to the possible cause.

It probably is not TTS. It is probably a lipoma or ganglion. If it continues to grow, you should have it removed so it can be diagnosed through a pathology lab. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
