Help

Post a new topicby Toby Savoy on Tue May 27, 2008 1:49 pm

I am 33 and have been suffering with heel and arch pain for 10 years and if I do not correct the problem I will not be able to enjoy life. I have bilateral diffuse arch pain. At first I thought it was Plantar disease but my feet do not always hurt in the AM. The pain kicks in after 15 mins of standing up; it seems to burn / worsen the longer I stand and it resolves after 20 mins of offloading. The pain usually starts medial below the ankle and spreads through out the arch. I have tried every thing and drug on this planet and nothing helps; I have to buy new shoes every 30-45 days. I can't take the pain and I fell / sound like a broken record to my family and friends, not sure what to do. I don't meet all the requirements for TTS or Plantar disease not sure what to do any more. I have to work for a living and I want to spend time with my kids, there has to be a fix for this problem. Again the problem is a weight bearing issue in both feet, what should I do ? If anyone has any opinions please share.

Sincerely
Toby
