I have had arch pain over a year. I have had a heel spur at least 8 years. heel spur flaired up I went to a podiatrist I already had custom-made orthodics. I had two cortizone shots medication. One day I pushed off on my left foot. When I did, I felt a severe pain in my arch a. I have since been sent to physical rapy, a foot ankle specialist have had plantar fascia released. None of has helped. I have really bad pain in my left arch when I am on it very much. It radiates up into my ankle. It appears I have a knot below my medial ankle bone. re is no tingling, just pain. Could be TSS? Vioxx helps some.
