please help me I have TTS

I am a 28 yo female. I have had TTS a year, though I do not have a definate diag. is how my podiatrist is leaning. I have had thouss of dollars in test still do not have a diag or any means of relief. I had a NCS/EMG, bilateral feet/ankle MRI's, FBS, bood drawn vit/min defficieny ALL HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY NORMAL!.. I had cortisone injections X3 in left foot, it numbed it first 36 hrs n pain came back no evident relief! I on Feldine 3 weeks, no change, Celebrex, no change latest is VIOXX 25 mg qd, 2 weeks it seems to take some of edge off about 3 hrs. I spend most night crying from pain I have been living a year. It is does not usually bor me when I st when I sit or lay down to sleep is is soooo bad. I have to be exhausted so I can block out pain sleep! It is a stabbing pain on soles of both feet toes. I do have stinging sernsation when TT a is tapped. Ultrasound hydrorpay help a tad, I also have a posterior leg splint left foot I ace wrap right foot most nights to help. I can not be casted because I am full time nursing student have to have both feel functional I am on OCP's. pain is so bad it causes me to have spasms in my legs. If I fall asleep I get up to go to BR n I am fine until I get back into bed just sets it all off again. I am so sad tired of pain! My quality of life sucks! I am 28 I have a 2 1/2 yo son, I am a full time nursing student I do not know were to turn, do I need an orhtopod??? Do know of any TTS Specialist in Ohio a can help me of any support groups people like me!!! PLEASE ANY HELP OR SUGGESTINS WOULD BE SOOOO WONDERFUL.... is such a horrible condition to have I just want someone to help guide me in right direction!! PLEASE!!! The fact that all of those tests have returned normal makes the chance of you having tarsal tunnel syndrome less likely. You probably should get a second opinion at this point form another podiatrist or orthopod. You may want to read about reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD) as well as fibromyalgia. You may also want to see a pain clinic to see if they can help ease your pain. There is a podiatrist at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine named Dr. Muscarelli that I would visit if I had foot pain. He has excellent training and is very kind and knowledgable.
