Swelling w/tarsal tunnel

I have had mild swelling with my tarsal tunnel It is sharp in pain and there is a tender spot under my inside ankle on my right foot. Very concerned. Can anyone help me identify what this might be and the cause? If footdoctor is out there..need your help please
