I have questions i got hit hard on the in side of my right ankle on march 19 the next day i could walk on it but it was really sore and very swelled up .So i had it x- rayed they said it was just a sprang they told me to wrap it on go on as normal. This was a Friday i worked ten hrs for the next two days i can sit a lot at work. Then on the monday it was getting to the point that i couldn't ware my shoe by Wednesday I couldn't put any weight on it the doctor them put me on crutches for two weeks then it was still not better.He then sent me to a orthopedic doctor she took an x ray and said nothing is broke so she said its a bone bruise and put me in a cam boot for a month and did physical therapy for that month .I decided to get a second opinion went to a podiatrist he accurately examined my foot and sent me to get an e m g .I had the test done it came back with possible rsd and tarsal tunnel syndrome she he put me on an anti inflammatory and then he gave me three shots of cortisone in my toes .That helped with the swelling but i am still having pain especially when i drive i also have what feels like needles shooting in my foot. My foot is also a different color than the other.
So my question is does this clear up by its self or is surgery going to be discussed it has been five months I am so confused i just want it to be fixed ( my ankle) help with any advise .
