I have been diganosed with TTS had shots and no relieve now wanting to do an MRI on foot Can some one tell what they need the MRI for My doc has said surgery I also need help finding an surgeon in my area Also any information is helpful thanks

An MRI shows the damage to the nerve as well as any structures that may be causing compression to the nerve. Therefore, it is a good, diagnostic test. Ask around for referrals for people who have had foot surgery and ask who they would recommend in order to find a surgeon. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
