I felt muscles tear in both arches while running on concrete 3 yrs. ago. the pain is still present. Have used orthotics had injections, night splints for plantar fascitis, done stretches, evn had E.S.W.T. It made the pain worse. Dr. surmised tarsal tunnel. Ist nerve conduction velocity test was inconclusive, 2nd showed tarsal tunnel Told Dr. was experiencing occasional nerve twitching in nerves in calves, and upper leg. Sent me for another nerve test. The Dr. performing the nerve test said she thought I might have spinal stenosis. I looked that up. It's syptoms are back and leg pain. They don't hurt. What the hell is going on? My feet hurt at heel, arch, ball of foot,muscles that run along shin bone hurt from changing gait. Any advice?
