TTS and raynauds

Post a new topicby Guest on Mon Apr 22, 2002 1:55 pm

I have lupus and RA also Raynauds. Have severe tingling in my toes and sole. Doctor thinks I have TTS, as I also have carpal tunnel in both hands..Is it possible to have TTS, as well as RA and Raynauds..and does it make Raynauds worse?
I have only had the tingling burning sensation last three weeks...Doctor is sure it is TTS...I was only dx a couple of Days Ago. The condition is worse when walking...and at night.
Thank you Sheila in England

It is actuallyvery possible but lupus and Raynaud's occur more commonly in people with RA. Therefore, this scenario is very possible. Conservative therapy can often help TTS without having to try surgery. Therefore, ask about all your treatment options.
