Re: TTSThe numbness you are feeling can be caused by many conditions. First, a nerve test can be normal and you may still have tarsal tunnel syndrome. If the pain went away after the surgery and then returned, it is likely that you have tarsal tunnel syndrome that has reoccurred. However, the fact that your feet turn different colors sounds like a circulation issue. There is a condition known as Raynaud's phenomenon which causes your skin color to change and even causes pain. Therefore, you should discuss these options with your doctor and probably consult a specialist for a thorough examination and diagnosis. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
I had a nerve release about 4 years ago. Since I am still in pain, and have severe numbness the doctor did another nerve test - which was normal...
Re: Re: TTSI just wanted to take the time to thank you and all the people on this site. It gives peace of mind knowing there is somewhere you can ask a question. The feedback that I have received has really saved a lot of frustration.
